About pros and cons: The current spreadsheet mostly contains brief layout notes. Clear details such as “Open”, “Linear”, “Maze”, “Big”, “Long”, and reported map bugs are displayed without inventing missing observations. A blank detail means it hasn't been documented yet, not that a map has no problems.
